Saighton CE Primary: Reflection of a fun filled term

March has been an exciting month at Saighton CE Primary, with children from across the whole school enjoying a range of wonderful experiences.

Our Year 2 and Year 4 children have been living out our school vision of “Flourishing together, life in all its fullness” on their residential visits to Fox Howl, Delamere and Min-y-don Christian Activity Centre.  The children thrived on the new experiences offered to them in these beautiful locations, overcame challenges, and enjoyed working, playing and praying together during their time away.

Our youngest children created their very own flower shop for Mothering Sunday, and our mummies were delighted to be presented with a bouquet of their child’s choice as a thank you for all their love and care.

Meanwhile, our Year 6 children joined with the choristers from Abbey Gate College to sing Rutter’s beautiful “For the beauty of the earth” at Chester Cathedral.
