New Diocesan Multi-Academy Trust named

Chester Diocesan Learning Trust (CDLT)

As you will have seen from communication earlier this year we are in the process of setting up a second diocesan MAT to work alongside CDAT. We are excited to announce that the Trust now has a name – Chester Diocesan Learning Trust (CDLT) – and the application is due to go to the DfE in the next couple of months.  We are working with seven schools in the west of the Diocese in creating the MAT and have been enjoying coming together to look at how CDLT can make a difference to the children and adults that are served by each school community.

We know that there are a number of schools that are considering academy status, if you are in the west of the Diocese and are interested in finding out more about CDLT please contact Sue Noakes
